Seminar Series

The BeamNetUS Facilities Seminar Series starting October 3, 2024 will take place each Thursday at 12pm EST/9am PST and run through December 5, 2024.

Each week, an expert from a BeamNetUS facility will present their facility’s capabilities, parameters, history, and potential applications.

Let us know you are interested

We would like to know who you are and what kind of research you do. Let us know through the web contact form.

Welcome to BeamNetUS

BeamNetUS provides you access to beam test facilities across the US. These facilities have charged particle beams and infrastructure for accelerator component R&D. Our new engagements program enables access for exploratory tests with the aim to create new collaborations.

What is BeamNetUS?

BeamNetUS is a network of facilities united in a common mission to advance accelerator research and applications of accelerator technology through improving awareness and access to these unique facilities.

For its pilot campaign, the network includes facilities at Argonne National Laboratory, Brookhaven National Laboratory, Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory, and Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility. These facilities provide complementary capabilities enabling research in plasma physics, beam physics, material science, radiofrequency sources and structures, nuclear physics and electron beam irradiation.

BeamNetUS facilities

BeamNetUS offers a platform to researchers to access beam test facilities and infrastructure across the US. Our initial facilities for our pilot year are linked to below. If a facility that you are interested to access is not below, let us know your interest by contacting us. Your feedback may shape the future of the program.
